How to prepare

Matcha Latte

  • Sift: Sift 3 - 4g (1.5 - 2 tsp) matcha to bowl
  • Water: Pour 40 - 60ml hot water (70°C)
  • Whisk: Whisk vigorously in M or W shape until foamy (Alternative: use electric whisk or shake in jar)
  • Serve: Pour into 120ml warm/iced milk. Adjust milk to taste.

    Adjust milk volume level and add liquid sweetener to taste.

Usucha / “Americano”

  • Sift: Sift 2g (1 tsp) matcha to bowl
  • Water: Pour 40 - 60ml hot water (70°C)
  • Whisk: Whisk vigorously in M or W shape until foamy (Alternative: use electric whisk or shake in jar)
  • Serve: Pour into 120ml warm/iced water. Adjust water to taste.

We recommend preparing our matcha unsweetened. Add liquid sweeteners (honey, syrup) afterwards to taste.
